Breast Guard Sizing

Our guards are designed to fit into your sports bra. Our sizing can be generally matched to cup sizes, but is closely linked to work with sports bra sizes.

We know everyone is an individual, so our guide is not exact but a range. It's best to use the dimensions to determine how much coverage you need. Some players we've worked with prefer smaller guards that protect particular sensitive areas, other prefer more general protection.
